Hon'ble President Shri Pranab Mukerjee addressed selected cartoonists of India at Rashtrapati Bhawan. A collection of his caricatures by the cartoonists present there and Cartoonist (Late) Kutty's cartoons about Pranab Mukerjee was on display at Rashtrapati Bhawn.
